(Three), product after-sales service commitment
1. From the date of purchase (subject to the date of the original purchase voucher), the equipment enjoys one-year free warranty service. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, and other vulnerable parts (such as welding head accessories) enjoy 6 Monthly free warranty replacement service.
During the one-year warranty period, a full range of technical support and training are provided free of charge.
2. During the warranty period, please show the warranty card and purchase invoice. If you cannot provide the relevant warranty certificate, we will calculate the warranty date of your product based on the production date of the product.
3. The shipping cost of the repaired product is one-way borne by the sender.

(4) If it falls into one of the following situations, it is not covered by the warranty and requires paid maintenance:

8. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, and lightning.
9. Other failures or damages not caused by the product's own design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues.
